You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person
You must provide accurate information during registration
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Post spam, unwanted solicitations, or misleading content
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, images, etc.)

Sports Cred cannot be purchased, redeemed for cash, or transferred outside the service
Prediction markets are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling
We may adjust Sports Cred balances, market rules, or prediction outcomes at our discretion

7. AI-Generated Content

Socdub uses AI to generate game narratives, insights, and analysis
AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

The Socdub name, logo, design, and original content are owned by [Legal entity name]. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimers
